Animal Pak Review
Universal Nutrition Animal Pak is a time-released daily vitamin, mineral and supplement formula that is designed to maximize gains in strength, size and fat loss.
I decided I would give Animal Pak a try after reading so many positive results over the past few years. Animal Pak has won the Multi-Vitamin Of The Year award many time now. Obviously someone out there likes it. Previously, I had been taking a generic multivitamin from Costco.
After taking Animal Pak for about a month now, I can honestly say that I do not see or feel any difference in my training, energy, or recovery. I still feel the same as when I was taking the generic vitamin. I have not seen a boost in energy and my recovery is the same. I have not gotten any of the positive results that so many claim. I do believe that Animal Pak is a great vitamin. I feel confident taking them that I am providing my body everything it needs. I just don't know, for the price, if there are other vitamins out there that will do the same thing. The one thing that I don't like is the number of vitamins and the size. If you have a problem swallowing large pills, these aren't for you.
Once again, these are just my results. Yours might be different. If you feel like seeing for yourself, go ahead and give them a try.
